The developers of La Vallee are the former owners of the Sofitel Dalat Palace Hotel, the Novotel Dalat Hotel, the Novotel Phan Thiet, Riverside Apartments (HCM, Dist 2), Dalat Palace Golf Club and Ocean Dunes Golf Club. They have years of experience serving the tourism market in Dalat. Those villa buyers who wish to rent their villa for short term to the tourist market can expect a RETURN ON INVESTMENT of 5-7%. There are equivalent villas outside Dalat in Tuyen Lam Lake renting for US$1500 a a day.

Working through Air BnB and a project web site, the developers believe that US$1,300-$1,500 per day can be achieved on all major holidays and US$700-$900 a day during the summer busy holiday season and other days. The developers are able to manage the rentals for villa buyers.
